Saltney firm hoping to grow in 2012
Friday, Jan 20, 2012 Filed Under :Home phone news
Saltney firm Parkway Telecom is hoping to record growth in 2012 by meeting the landline needs of its clients. The company is based in Central Trade Park and specialises in landline calls and supporting telephone systems to the business sector, with the group hoping to achieve a 97 per cent client retention rate, reports the Flintshire Chronicle. Speaking to the newspaper, the group's managing director Paul Maddocks said: "While the year will be challenging, I firmly believe hard work, dedication and attention to detail will pay dividends. We must continue to evolve and meet the changing needs of clients.” Mr Maddocks maintained that the firm hopes to remain vigilant in the current economic climate. Last month, Archos released its new Archos 35 smart home phone, which provides many of the elements usually associated with smartphones. The device is Android-powered and offers advanced capabilities such as web and email access, while social networking applications are also included.
